    2. Services Description

    D'Vinely You Aesthetics provides medical aesthetic services including but not limited to Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, dermal fillers, microneedling, and chemical peels. All treatments are performed by Dawn Monroe, RN, BSN, a licensed Registered Nurse. A consultation is required prior to any treatment to assess suitability and develop a personalized treatment plan.

    The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, and individual results vary. Prior to any treatment, you will receive a consultation to discuss your medical history, potential risks, and expected outcomes. You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, and allergies. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not in your best medical interest.

    4. Appointments and Cancellations

    Appointments are scheduled through our online booking platform or by contacting us directly. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. A deposit may be required for certain treatments and will be applied toward your service total.

    5. Payment

    Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at the clinic. Prices are subject to change without notice. Treatments purchased as packages are non-transferable and must be used by the original client.

    6. Refund Policy

    Due to the personalized nature of aesthetic treatments, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed treatments. If you are dissatisfied with your results, please contact us to discuss a follow-up consultation. Package purchases for unused sessions may be eligible for credit toward other services at our discretion.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements — is the property of D'Vinely You Aesthetics and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent. Before-and-after photos are shared with client consent and may not be copied or redistributed.

    You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, scrape content, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. Any violation may result in termination of access and, where appropriate, legal action.
